O2 Exchange Policy
O2 exchange policy allows you to exchange any our product purchased online within 14 days of receipt. Any exchange is absolutely FREE of cost. You will only have to make sure that the product is unused and its original invoice, condition, tags, and packaging are carefully preserved.
To make the exchange request contact our Customer Services Department at firstname.lastname@example.org. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you choose to exchange an item, please send back the full parcel to o2 online store and inform us of our customer service. We will revise and re-send the full order.
Please note: The exchange/refund policy is subject to the following terms and conditions.
- No discounted/special offer item will be exchanged/ refundable. But Size can be exchanged with the same products.
- No monetary refund is acceptable.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If the product was delivered in the second layer of o2 packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
